If you are looking for a specific date or time, please use the system, as it is always up to date and shows availability up to 60 days in advance.If a time slot is not visible, it has already been booked and I am unable to offer it, even upon personal request.
You can make a payment through the booking system at the time of your reservation.Alternatively, payment can be made in the salon by cash or bank transfer to Barclays or Revolut.Card payment facilities are currently being arranged.
You may arrive up to 5 minutes before your appointment, but not earlier, to allow time for preparation and sanitation.If you arrive earlier, you will need to wait at reception.Please attend your appointment alone, as the salon is not a child friendly environment and unfortunately there is no space for a children’s area.
Up to 10 minutes late will not affect your service.If you are 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete the originally booked treatment and may need to offer a quicker alternative to avoid delays for the next client.For delays of 20 to 30 minutes, I will unfortunately be unable to carry out the appointment and the full service fee will be charged.Thank you for respecting my time, as I respect yours.
You can cancel your appointment via the link in the confirmation email you received after booking.Please note that according to the salon policy, appointments can only be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50 % charge, as that time could not be offered to another client.
A professionally applied gel polish or sculpted nail enhancement can generally be worn for up to 21 days without significant wear, according to industry standards and product manufacturers.However, this may vary depending on individual factors such as nail growth rate. The ideal schedule is always discussed personally.
